Hi, I'm Kristen! I am a certified Postural Restoration® therapist (PRC®). Certified since 2009, I was 1 of the first 50 individuals in the world to receive this distinction!

I help active & motivated individuals recover from pain & physical limitations, so that they can return to a fulfilling life of doing what they love.

Postural Restoration®️ therapy helps you to:

This concept of treatment helped me go from a frustrated physical therapist to an empowered healer, as I started seeing healing and movement improvements in patients who failed other methods.

It helped one client go from performance-limiting side stitch to World Triathlon Champion! And another client went from anxious & afraid to move, to confidently lifting weights & enjoying life again!

The traditional ways of treating pain & musculoskeletal injuries are outdated, slow, and frustrating! A lack of understanding of how everything works together and viewing injuries through a narrow lens not only leaves problems unresolved, but often leads to further problems. Watching family members, friends and even myself be told "take these meds for a while", "give it a few wks", "well, you DID run a half marathon, so...", "just don't do that activity anymore", or "surgery is the only option" has motivated me to show others THERE IS A BETTER WAY.

I truly believe - and have SEEN - that, with the proper guidance & support, the body is so capable of healing itself!
